Feeling healthy didn't come naturally to me. I was one of those kids who was always struggling with something. Whether it was migraine, insomnia, chronic pain, allergies, asthma, stomach aches, or the constant feeling of tiredness, there was always an obstacle to overcome. However, a turning point arrived around the age of 18 when I delved into meditation and witnessed the significant impact it had on my insomnia. This realization empowered me to take control of my health journey.
From that moment on, I embarked on a path of continuous learning, exploration, and experimentation with various modalities and lifestyle adjustments. I became engrossed in understanding the intricate connections between the body and mind, leading me to study nutrition, fitness, lifestyle medicine, biohacking, ancestral health, holistic health, and natural medicine. In addition, I immersed myself in the art and science of coaching, mindfulness, behaviour change, meditation, breathwork, pain science, and herbalism.
This breadth of knowledge and experience has equipped me with a holistic perspective that I bring to my work with clients. Recognizing that each individual is unique, I strive to tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. By drawing from this diverse array of health and wellness practices, I aim to guide others on a personalized journey toward improved well-being.

Empowering Migraine Sufferers
I created Sage Migraine Solutions because I realized there weren't enough effective solutions for people dealing with migraines. Migraines are complex and understanding them can be difficult. Treatments often come with unwanted side effects, making life even more challenging for those who suffer from migraines.
This realization inspired me to start Sage Migraine Solutions, a place where people can find hope and relief from their migraines. Through my Migraine Solutions Online Program and personalized Migraine Health Coaching, I want to give people the knowledge, tools, and support they need to manage their migraines holistically so they can learn to thrive with migraine.
I want to empower individuals to take control of their migraine experiences using lifestyle medicine, holistic practices, and alternative health solutions. By helping people understand what triggers their pain and building resilience to migraines, my goal is to give them the skills to manage their condition effectively so they can experience more freedom and control over their life.
